Crashes all the time!!!!!!!

Great game but it crashes all the time while playing. Also the screen freezes and the screen color turns blue. I’m stuck in the loading bay part to find the Joker. The electrical door doesnt want to open even if I use the electric generator weapon, Im trapped in that part of the game. I bought it two days ago and either I get my money back or at least resolve the issue.
