Game crashes after launching on iMac with OS X 10.11. I want my money back!

I am not able to play this game, it crash at launch. Please Feral solve it soon. I am running El capitan on a very good hardware.

The game hasn’t been updated in nearly two months & is still crashing & unable to access game center every time.

When I thinks of Batman, ninja-skills, combat-skills, and detective-skills come to mind. While every other Batman game I’ve played has put too much emphasis on one of these areas and too little on others, this game had (In my opinion) the best balance of every area. Fully immersive and incredible story line. Side missions are fun and a good usage of game time. You totally feel exactly as Batman would in these situations. Only problems are occasional game crashes and slow performance. I have had one loss of saved game data, but I had already started a new game so no big issue. Even though this is my first Arkham game and I’m not a serious gamer, I can still tell it deserves Game Of The Year. Great game overall, totally recommend it to any Batman fan or serious gamer. Heck, I’ll recommend it to everybody. And no I’m not being paid to say that.

This game is amazing! The version on my computer is better than the one that I had on my PS3, it’s amazing, you have access to all the costumes of all the caracters and all the extra missions! And I haven’t even started talking about what a great game this is. The plot is super interesting, the jogability is simply outstanding, this game is definetly the best game on APP Store. Woth every single cent.

The graphics in this game is freaking awesome! The story is amazing! I played this game on PC and now I play on Mac. On Mac Mini (Late 2012) i7,16GB 1GB Intel HD 4000 this game with maximum graphics settings shows 44FPS on 1280x720 display resolution, but on Apple Thunderbolt Display 2560x1440 this game shows 12fps. I like this game so much!

wasted my money and i didnt even get to play it

My wife got a new MacBook Air so I got hers and thought I’d give this game a try. I’m running it on an 11” MacBook Air with 4Gig of RAM and a 1.6GHz i5 processor and it works GREAT! Additionally I am using a wireless Xbox 360 controller, makes it awesome to play. Hours and hours of gameplay with no issues. It does cause the cooling fan to run full blast the whole time but it never overheats so far.

This game is amazing and so much fun but it crashes right as I defeat Mr. Freeze in the Gotham City Police Department and I can’t leave the building or progress in the game I’m stuck. Does anyone know how to fix this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just purchased this game 2 days ago, had the priviledge of playing it for 1 hour and now it will not even load past the sponsor and developer screens. It is extremely frustating and so far has been a complete waste of $20.00. I am in the same boat as a lot of users who bought this game that are looking for solutions and have not been given any nor found reliable ones online. Download with care as it might end up being a bad investment. For the hour i did get to actually play the game it was very entertaining and captivating. Also I purchased a brand new Macbook Air to play this game on.

This game has a bug which affects certain models of Mac that completely disables both shift keys. Normally, this would not be an issue if not for the fact that the touch based right mouse function is difficult to use during gameplay, and I had changed that button to shift. I tried to simply change the keyboard layout around this issue, but there doesn’t seem to be any comfortable layout around this do to the massively large number of controls, and Feral’s support basically told me that they were never going to release an update for this issue (despite the fact that their rep recognized it). I currently own a late 2013 21.5 inch iMac with the GeForce 750m, however, I have seen other reviews referencing other models that this issue also affects. If you do not own a compatible controller to use with this game, buy at your own risk.

The game’s in-depth storyline content is captivating, and the rich, brooding atmosphere of Arkham City enveloping you as you master the free flow fighting mechanics will only make you want to progress faster and faster through the game… just as long as the game doesn’t misplace your saved efforts as mysteriously as some neon green clue left by the riddler… I have no gripes with this title other than this, but claiming the problem has been fixed in the 1.1 update and having persisting issues with in-game progress being lost will definitely spoil the fun of unraveling this great story. Maybe this is a Yosemite compatibility issue, but until that’s truly fixed, I would say buyer beware.

The game is great. Gameplay is awesome. It makes me want to get Arkham Knight, but this version is buggy. Extreeeemly buggy. It crashes a lot. I’ll be in the middle of a level and it will crash. I really wish they would fix some of the crashes.

Great game but it crashes all the time while playing. Also the screen freezes and the screen color turns blue. I’m stuck in the loading bay part to find the Joker. The electrical door doesnt want to open even if I use the electric generator weapon, Im trapped in that part of the game. I bought it two days ago and either I get my money back or at least resolve the issue.

360 controller, PS4 controller, and PS3 controller do not work with this game, regardless of what they say.
